Decembre 20Philipp Weber and Jeroen Wang

We fell in love with Philipp Weber's really bluffing glass work: A Strange Symphony of Colors, discovered during the Lille Métropole Design 2020 exhibition. Philipp Weber makes music and glass blowing dialogue. He has developed a multi-tipped glass-blowing cane that allows to structure the interior of a room. He organizes a performance where a concert performer and a glassblower each play their instrument. The Phases vases by Jeroen Wand, also present at the Lille exhibition, will be available from mid-December. By multiplying immersions in different mixtures of liquid plaster, and because of the chemical reactions that occur, the primary form evolves, becomes more complex. The process of sedimentation is controlled and becomes decoration. The Phases are part of the collections of the Museum Boijmans van Beuningen, the Stedelijk Museum Den Bosch and the Musée d'art contemporain de Montréal.
